Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. (If you are needing additional space the Downtown Duplex-Unit 1 is also available for rent on Airbnb!)

The Goat Farm Getaway at South of Sanity Farms

Enjoy a peaceful night away from the busyness of life on our farm. Our 34' camper has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, full kitchen, living area with a loveseat and a futon that folds to a full size bed, table that seats 4, a TV and dvd player. With your own deck facing west towards the pond you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and the sounds of our animals around you. Please note that there is no wifi or cable tv in the getaway. So far everyone has had good cell signal.
