One master bedroom, bath, & one great room which includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, sitting area, and a twin-over-full bunkbed for the kids. Large deck facing the lake with BBQ grill and backyard campfire stove. Stairs lead down to a stone beach. Two kayaks on site. Lapham Bay boat launch is 1 mile up the road.

Must love animals- your entrance crosses our yard and you may be greeted by dogs, cats and sometimes even a chicken or two. Friendly VT owners live upstairs.

Situated just off the causeway bike path, you'll have access to miles of biking and walking trails. Downtown Burlington is just a 15-minute drive away.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
