The Ponderosa

The Ponderosa is relaxing and peaceful for anyone. If you need more space, we have outdoor areas for RVs or tents. This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Shooting on property needs approval.

Just Chillin by the Lake

Relax and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful private lake with lakefront cabin. Full kitchen, with complimentary coffee and tea, queen bed, private full bathroom. A large, covered porch. Fire pit and charcoal grill are provided as well as a Kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment. Kayak, fish, or swim or just chill on private pier. Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am. If there is anything else you would like, we can try and make it happen. Just ask.

Take it easy at this unique and cozy barndominium studio minutes away from downtown Silsbee. 100 yards from main house. Relax while swinging on the porch and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning (or wine at night:) Take a hike in the Big Thicket National Preserve, or go canoeing or kayaking down the famous Village Creek (ask us how!) Quaint studio guest house located on a private 2 mile lake, ideal for all boating activities including fishing, water skiing or just soaking up the sun. We are nestled on 8 acres in the Piney Woods and feature onsite creek fishing and walking trails, as well as a quaint outdoor entertaining space perfect for evening fires and stargazing. We're a short drive from the Big Thicket National Preserve, where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and canoeing, and, if you're feeling lucky, we're just 26 miles from the nearest casino.

Come and stay at our peaceful lakeside cabin. Grill on your own patio and sit by the lake on your own pier. The house is stocked with pots, pans, and other utensils. We will provide you with the necessities to make your own breakfast at your own pace. Items provided will be milk, cereal, and pancake mix.
