There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

The apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has everything you should need for a very comfortable stay with dedicated under cover parking and access so you won't be getting wet if it is raining. Set on 40 Private acres, "The Birdsnest" is our modern air-cond smaller cabin. It is open plan living/bedroom with q/size bed and sofa that converts to double bed for extra guests. Seperate bathroom and undercover large deck with stunning rural views. Private river safe swimming hole. Free wifi, flat screen TV. We do have 2 other cabins on the property to accommodate larger families or groups. 7mins from Paronella Park. Due to Covid 19 we are no longer providing breakfast.

Daily rate is for a couple using the king bedroom. If you want to use an extra bedroom, it is $30 per person per night. Book at the extra person rate. Our simple, comfy retro shack has everything you need for a chilled out beachside stay. You can even bring your boat, there's plenty of room for a boat trailer on our block and river and beach boat ramps close by.

FNQ Blooms Tropical Flower Farm Lodge

Our Tropical Flower Farm is a 52-acre property situated at the foothills of Mt Bartle about one hour drive south of the Cairns International Airport. We grow an extensive variety of tropical Heliconia and Ginger for use in the Australian Cut Flower market. Our farm is completely self-sustainable. We have a waterfall that generates our power through Hydroelectricity and gravity-fed water from a natural spring.
