Studio in beautiful garden next to the estuary

My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

Totally separate from the host space, this suite is part of a brand new two-story monolithic villa with enclosed courtyard, safe, secluded and friendly community. The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights on the east side, very convenient transportation, bus station is just at the door, highway is 5 minutes, airport is 20 minutes, downtown and Auckland War Museum are 15 minutes, half moon bay is 7 minutes, Lloyd Elsmore park is only 3 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy sunshine, grass, trails, swimming, gym, duck pool and children's playground, next to Highland Park shopping mall, big foreigner supermarket and Chinese supermarket.The nearest shopping mall Pakuranga Plaza is just a four-minute drive away, with a night market every Saturday at 6pm, an eight-minute drive from Botany Downs shopping mall and a 10-minute drive from Sylvia Park shopping mall. This suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. It is equipped with a kitchenette with simple cooking. The room is equipped with air conditioning, HD TV, a guest-only refrigerator and free fiber optic WiFi. There is a large number of free parking spaces on the roadside.Brand new bedding, washed after each guest's departure to ensure that the room is clean and tidy, we also have milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruits as breakfast for the first three days of stay.The laundry room is on the owner's side and we are open when needed.

Tui cottage is located across the road from a short walkway to Maraetai beach & cafes. Lovely two bedroom self contained flat, with own separate entrance & bbq patio area. Great place for either two couples or a family escape, sleeps four. Take some time to kick back & relax on the lounge deck chairs while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the panoramic view. unit 2 is Indepengent suite .It consist of two bedrooms , a modern bathroom, an open plan living area including kitchenette(there are oven,microwave,minifridge, electric cooker rice cooker) dining and lounge. It's located on the second floor at the rear of the villa with a separate entrance.The villa near Botany Shopping Center( 5 min by car). The villa is a 5000 sqm garden with various flowers, plants trees . Two big decks for looking view. It is a comfortable, quiet and private place.

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. Charming Cockle Bay

Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.
