This gated condo is a short walk to the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay and all of its amenities, Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, and a beautiful white sandy beach. Ground floor end unit, located on the 18th hole of the world re-nowned Turtle Bay resort! King sized bed in bedroom, 1 queen Murphy bed and 1 queen sofa bed in living room. AC in both bedroom and living room. Screened-in lanai. Tennis courts, pool and bbq grills. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Short drive away from prime spots (sunset beach, pipeline, shark’s cove, Waimea) shopping, and food. Our condo is a legal short-term rental. Ask me about my other properties for larger parties.

With TWO king beds and a one queen sofa bed. It also includes a brand new full-size kitchen with a dishwasher, two full bathrooms, Split Air Conditioners, two smart TV's (one in the a bedroom and one in the living room) and a washer and dryer. It a wonderful place to relax while you unwind from your day of exploring our beautiful Island.
