Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Das Storchendorf Rühstädt in der Prignitz lädt ein zu Wandern, Fahrradfahren, Entspannen, Tiere beobachten. Der so genannte Kossätenhof ist das einzige denkmalgeschützte private Gebäude in Rühstädt mit Wohnhaus, ehemaligen Ställen und Scheune. Auf der Scheune nisten aktuell (Juni 2026) 2 Storchenpaare mit 6 Jungstörchen! Orte mit historischen Stadtzentren wie Perleberg sind gut zu erreichen.

Wir sanieren ein historisches Sägewerk zu einem Zukunftsort für Kunst, Industriekultur, Wohnen, Arbeiten, internationalen Austausch und Erholung.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
