There is a wonderful patio space outside in the back yard to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinners. The home sits 2 blocks over from the Inter Coastal Waterway. We are 3 miles to the beach. You can walk to the river from my home. Centrally located to all Daytona has to offer. Home fully equipped.
