Our house, which is located on the border of the site with the forest, is located in a location that is both high and more isolated than other houses due to the forest behind it, and has less foot traffic, and is one of the best houses in the site in terms of location. You can have a great time with your friends and family away from the noise of the city with its magnificent nature.

Sabahları ekşi mayalı köy ekmeği kokusuyla başlayan, dere kenarında serinleyen günler; akşamları ise yıldızların altında yakılan ateşle son buluyor. Misafirler yürüyüş parkurları, bisiklet rotaları ve organik kahvaltının tadını çıkarabilir. Evlerde mutfak yoktur; 20:00–01:00 arası açık Grid Terra Restoran gurme lezzetler sunar. Tesisimiz tamamen off-grid; elektrik güneş panellerinden, su doğal kaynaklardan sağlanır. İstanbul Havalimanı 1 saat mesafededir. Doğa'nın Kalbinde Yer alır.

Bu şirin ev, doğayla iç içe huzurlu bir kaçamak sunuyor. Güvenli bir soba ile ısınıyor ve kullanabileceğiniz odunlar hazır. Evde dört kedi ve bir köpek var, bu nedenle ekstra evcil hayvan kabul edemiyoruz. Orman yolu boyunca yürüyüş yapabilir, akan dere eşliğinde doğanın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Arka bahçede, dinginliği izleyebileceğiniz bir salıncak ve taze sebzeleri toplayabileceğiniz alan mevcut. Konaklamanız tamamen size özel olup, huzurlu bir deneyim sunuyor. Doğanın keyfini çıkarın!

Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
