Stylish and Modern Las Condes - Near Metro and Free Parking

The unit has a nicely furnished living room, with floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors, opening to a spacious balcony. As both Airbnb hosts and travelers, we strive to make the the most pleasant living space for our visitors. The design is comfortable modern, with accents from our travels in southeast Asia. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, also with floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors, and access to the same balcony. The unit is on the 8th (top) floor. The mountain and city views from inside the apartment, and from the balcony, which extends the width of the apartment, are beautiful. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, with great hot water pressure. We provide fresh linens and towels. The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz counters, ceramic electric glass stove, a spacious refrigerator and freezer, and stainless steel stove and exhaust fan. In addition the kitchen area has a dining table, microwave oven, and a Nespresso espresso machine. The apartment has central heating built into the flooring that can be set by thermostat (please ensure it's turned off while not in the unit). While Santiago's winters are typically mild, winter night temperatures can sometimes reach 32 to 36 Fahrenheit (0-2 Celsius). The apartment has high-speed cable internet with wifi. In the living room is a 43 inch Full HD LG LED television. It features a digital tuner for crystal-clear images of Chilean HD broadcast TV, and also access to unlimited Netflix movies and several international smartTV channels. Additionally the unit has a 20 watt bluetooth speaker, able to connect to a smartphone, tablet, etc. The apartment comes with access, at no additional charge, to an assigned parking space in the building's underground parking garage. Parking can be difficult and expensive in Santiago, and it makes it easy to have safe on-site parking. Most Airbnb apartments in Santiago do not come with parking.......... The bedroom has one large walk-in closet, adjacent to the bathroom, for full use by our guests. On the lobby level is a seasonal pool and gardens. Also in the building is a coin-operated self-service laundry, with several commercial washers and dryers. We're proud of being one of the small percentage of Airbnb hosts to be awarded Superhost status. A Superhost consistently receives 5-star reviews, and is committed to a fantastic guest experience. We are often able to personally greet guests at check-in, and we're always a call, message, or email away to answer any questions or respond to requests. Vineyards and skiing are just an hour's drive away. The Hernando de Magallanes Metro station is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From here you have access to Line 1, and to Santiago's main tourist attractions, business districts, and shopping centers. It is also possible to walk to department stores, supermarkets, and excellent restaurants and cafés. Also, with the apartment unit's parking space (no additional cost), it is very easy to get around by car. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. When our apartment is available, it offers a central, comfortable, and convenient, place to relax and rewind.

El studio está genial! Cómodo, tranquilo, con glamour y sobretodo acogedor y luminoso. son 45m2 que incluyen una terraza y un jardin en el acceso. Estaré disponible para cualquier información o ayuda que sea necesaria durante su estadia. Recomendaciones de paseos, restorants, (mi favorito EL BACO, restorant francés en Providencia, Restorants italianos y criollos)... todos los atractivos de la ciudad Está ubicado en una zona residencial cerca de paseos, el Cerro San Cristobal, el Parque de las Esculturas, y excelentes restaurantes, museos, bares y teatros. Providencia es ideal para hacer trekking o andar en bicicleta. A solo 10 minutos del metro. Si vienes desde el Aeropuerto, recomiendo tomar un TAXI OFICIAL hasta la dirección. LO CONTADOR 0386 Providencia Barrio Pedro de Valdivia Norte En horas de tráfico normal , es un trayecto de 15 minutos aprox La calle Lo Contador, está ubicada detras del Hotel Sheraton, esificio muy alto y a la vista.. otra referencia para ubicar la calle, es CLINICA INDISA, muy visible desde todos lados. La calle es la que va por detras de estos dos edificios. Si tienen un vehiculo, contamos con un estaiconamiento. El transporte publico se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando al metro o bus. Al lado de la Clinica Indisa por cualquier emergencia. Hay un Mini market estupendo, SUPERMERCADO DIEZ, en la plaza de Padre Letelier, a 10 minutos caminando, Verduleria y frutas frescas, Clementina, lugar para comprar comida preparada, Botilleria completisima con los mejores precios y los mejores vinos chilenos... un barrio muy agradable y residencial para caminarlo.... cerro San Cristobal, a pasos del departamento... pasear por el funicular del San Cristobal es una delicia...

Private guest house in the best part of Vitacura next to the parque Bicentenario. Just blocks away from great restaurants and bars. Art galleries, cinema, elegant shopping makes it a perfect neighborhood to live in. Since it is at the end of the garden, the only noise you will have might be the birds singing. You will have access to the pool, the BBQ area, the exterior lounge areas. The supermarket is walking distance as is the public transport. Parking available. We have two labs.

Increíble departamento ubicado en un barrio muy seguro con la vista más linda a la cordillera de los Andes. El departamento cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar: Malla de seguridad, vidrios plegables en la terraza, lavadora, ropa de cama, toallas de ducha y mucho más. Tenemos calefacción central para el invierno y aire acondicionado para los días de calor.
