Free parking and a large lawn in front of the apartment are available. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini gym. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

Modern apartment located in a building that in 700' housed the offices of the bank in the ancient Jewish ghetto of Gorizia. It offers a spacious kitchen connected directly to the living room, a double bedroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. It is accessed directly from the private terrace overlooking the courtyard. The location is great for visiting the historic center and all the most beautiful sites of the city on foot and the urban bus terminus is only 5 minutes away.

Located in preserved national park Polhov Gradec Dolomiti (only 25 minutes drive away from Ljubljana), it's also ideal for romantic weekend getaway with lots of hiking to the surrounding hills, reachable on the doorstep.

Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.
