The apartment is in the attic of a family house and is modernly decorated. The accommodation comes with a large TV with Playstation 4, four air conditioners, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an induction stove, an oven and a side-by-side refrigerator, parking and a grill in the yard.

In 150m2 there are 3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern equipped kitchen and a living room. An infrared sauna is available in the bathroom for complete relaxation. The enclosed type of courtyard ensures a complete sense of freedom and privacy. In addition to a large pool and barbecue, we especially thought of our youngest, so there is also a children's area in the yard.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.
