Accommodation in apartment for singles and couples. Newly equipped independent apartment in a new building near the center of Brno. Tram stop (Tkalcovská) is 300 m from the apartment. Possibility to park in front of the house on the street. Parking zone C. Free 6am-5pm (daytime), 5pm-6am (nighttime). The Albert Shopping Centre is 400 m away. The apartment is located in a less lucrative location, but I believe that the price and proximity of the historic center (2 minutes by tram) it balances.

Night bus 96 stops 500 m from the house. There is free parking. Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).

There is a large room with 2 beds and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette with a stove, microwave, fridge and kettle. In the living area, a dining table + 3 chairs (high chair available by arrangement). TV and internet connection (wifi) in the room. The bathroom has a sink and shower, and a separate toilet.
