New semi-detached house with an indoor pool shared with the owner family. The accommodation is independent, with a shared car entrance and separate pedestrian entrance. 65 m2 house comprising on the ground floor a living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds + a crib with bars, a bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 private terraces. Beaches and shops within walking distance.

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Designed like a loft, the Annex of the Loch can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is composed of a bedroom (bed 160), a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and open to a living room facing the ocean. A mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers two beds (2 beds of 80 or 1 bed of 160). The balcony has a 180 degree view, from Fort Blocked to Pouldu. Independent studio in the back of the main house on 2000 m2 of land, electric gate and parking. Small village in Queverne 56520 Guidel, very well located next to the bird observatory site of the Grand Loch and 5 minutes from the large beach of Fort-Bloqué, beautiful bedding in 180 by 200 and Wi-Fi. Very peaceful place. Ideal accommodation for a couple who love peace, walking, nature and the sea, your dog is welcome Ninja will be delighted. (no cat or two dogs)
