Apartment located halfway between the beginning of the old town and downtown. Ideal for visiting Cuenca on foot. Next to the UIMP and the music conservatory. Close to leisure areas, tapas... Paid parking 200 meters away and free parking area 600 meters away. Very bright. Both the living room and the bedrooms have a balcony facing a pedestrian street. It is on the first floor without an elevator, with two small flights of stairs.

In Semana Santa you can fully enjoy the processions from your balcony. It has a tourist housing license for four people (double bed and sofa bed of 1.40 m) but it is ideal for a couple.
