El Mayorazgo: Casa del Arco. Palentina Mountain

El Mayorazgo is a rural tourism complex made up of three full rental houses, located in one of the most unique buildings in Cordovilla de Aguilar from which it takes its name. Originally from the 17th century, it is a complex mix of buildings, which welcomed all the uses and needs of the rural agricultural and livestock economy of this area. A careful restoration has resulted in three homes with very different personalities.

A nest in the mountains

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.
