One of the safest neighborhoods of Torrevieja with the police station within a 2-minute walk. Several beautiful beaches and nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. NO SMOKING INSIDE! Smoking in the garden and on the roof terrace.

Not boring villa with private pool

SHORT-TERM RENTAL VILLAMARTIN Duplex with private area,private pool. First line of the Villamartin golf. One bedroom with a terrace, a living room with panoramic views on the golf cours. The living room has a large double sofa bed that can be used as second bed. The place is ideal for those who love golf and the privacy. The location 7 min from the nearest beaches 4 min to La Zenia Shopping center by a car. Restaurants, shops and pharmaci within walking distance. No pets. No smoking.

Villa ME is located in Rojales there is a mistake in the address on the Airbnb location , gate number is 16( not 7) and we cannot correct it at the moment , in the area of Alicante , a short car distance from the sea overlooking the beautiful lake view from the terrace. Villa is brand new, very spacious. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. nice pool , sub beds and terrace furniture to enjoy your holidays. Traveling with friends will still give you a lot of privacy. Revisit Apartments

This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.
