This is a studio apartment located on the 4th floor, facing the street, with a long open-layout design. The main living area combines the bedroom, living room, and kitchen into a single open space, with no internal divisions. In addition to the main area, the apartment includes a hallway with shelving storage leading to a full bathroom (bathtub, toilet, and bidet), as well as a spacious open balcony. The apartment has central hot water provided by the building and a split air conditioning/heating unit, so you can stay comfortable all year round. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a small electric oven, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle (IMPORTANT: the gas oven is not connected and is therefore not available), along with essential tableware and kitchenware for two guests. The sleeping area features a double bed (1.4 x 1.9 m / 4.6 x 6.2 ft) and an HD TV with a streaming dongle so you can use your own streaming apps (please note that cable TV is not included)
