The rest elements (mattresses and pillows) are of the highest quality and the house, in two heights, is bright, very spacious and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay unique. On the ground floor is the living room-kitchen, spacious and very bright (large window). The sofa, Italian opening, turns into a double bed (1.40 m). There is also a large bathroom, with shower, equipped with everything you need: hairdryer, gel, shampoo, mask. Through an open staircase, the main bedroom is accessed, very spacious, equipped with wardrobe, mesillas, main bed of 1.50 m and small bed of 1.05 m. The views are on the street. Housing in two heights, beautiful, with a lot of charm and very well located.

Casa Morriña. House on the river in Ribeira Sacra

Morriña is a recently renovated house (2019) on the banks of the River Miño, where the water ‘breaks’ against the house’s porch. It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the river on the top floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a toilet, with access to the patio and the porch. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. PLEASE NOTE: If you book just one night, there is a €50 surcharge.

It is located at 800 meters of altitude, on a slope of the valley river Man, in the yellow mountain range. The entire front of the room and living room is glass, with mountain and valley views, and you can enjoy a unique sunset. It is on the nature trail of the GR50. You can also make use of the restaurant O Abocanhado which is part of the development.

Welcome to Fogar das Buxainas, a place connected with nature, tradition and the tranquility of a Galician village. Fogar das Buxainas is a family project that was born in 2025 and gives name and life to a story told by my grandmother. Fogar das Buxainas means Home of the Spinning Top, because the owner of the house used to make spinning tops for the children of the village of Arcos. Thanks to this man's generosity, they could play and have fun in those difficult times.
