Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

La propiedad está formada por dos viviendas independientes dentro de la misma parcela: la casa principal, donde vivimos mi nieta y yo, y La Casita del Patio, destinada exclusivamente a huéspedes. Dispone de un amplio vestidor, un espacio diáfano totalmente equipado y dos terrazas de uso exclusivo. La piscina, la barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también parte de mi familia, siempre respetando la privacidad de los huéspedes.

La casa esta ubicada a un punt estratègic de la província de Girona, als límits del Alt Empordà, tocant el Gironès, Pla del estany i Baix Empordà. Aprop de ciutats com Girona, Figueres o Banyoles així com també pots arribar al mar amb 20 min. Molt aprop de la sortida 5 de l'autopista AP-7.
