High-Standard flat city center/train station ❤️

Amazingly located / 1 minute away from train station and subway station !! Charming 2 bedroom apartment, 85 SQM, located on the 5th floor in an elegant 1930's building with an elevator. The place has 2 bathroom (One with a shower, the other with a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The apartment was recently renovated but the original wood floor and fire place were kept. NO PARTIES NO ILLEGALS ACTIVITIES ALLOWED, OR NOISE AFTER 10. I AM LIVING IN THE BUILDING.

Beautiful renovated townhouse with terrace, Vauban-Cormontaigne district. Quiet and peaceful environment. The metro is a 2-minute walk (Port de Lille), access to the city center in 10 minutes. The lively Wazemmes district with its market is a 15-minute walk away. Nearby: V'Lille station, bakery, supermarket. The house is inhabited, you will find all the basics to make yourself at home. You will have a parking space in a covered parking lot located 50 meters away.
