The interior spaces are comfortable and bright. The exteriors are spacious and very warm, full of trees and flowers. The cottage is very familiar and we have a garden that cable to the ground. We are awakened by the beautiful and harmonious song of the birds. The garden also has a grill and place to meet the family and make a rich barbecue.

The flat is in a safe and quiet neigbourhood, 10mins walk to the river and close to the univesity. There are small supermarkets nearby and its a short drive into the city centre.

Very quiet exclusive residential neighborhood, with permanent security. 3 blocks from the river and 10 blocks from downtown. I live in the house downstairs any queries I am. The apartment is equipped for four people (utensils) with electric kettle and microwave. Optional garage.
