The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. After a leisurely or busy day out, our apartment offers superb accommodation with wonderful views over Port Phillip bay - inside and out! Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
