Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two floors, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

The Vézère is at the foot of the house. 10 min walk to all shops located in Bugeat. 500 m² lot. Hiking trail nearby. Swimming nearby at the lake. Tree climbing and playgrounds, Les Mille Sources sports complex. Many sites to see. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids).

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. The pond cottage is a place for a relaxing stay in peace, with family or friends, facing the pond of the vault. With heated pool (7/3.5) from May to September and the hot tub at 37 degrees all year round. A fire in the fireplace for fun or for cooking... A pétanque court, hiking trails, mushroom picking, lake or river fishing or simply relaxing on the terrace in front of the pond...

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
