Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

Direct access to the river (a salmon fisherman’s dream)

Idyllisk lite «sørlandshus», skjermet uteområde og bred utsikt til elva fra stue/uteområdet. Unik belig. høyt v/elvebredden i gamle Hokksund. (laksefiske; huset øverst i fluesone, blå sone, ved bjørka m/direkte adkomst til elv fra hus). Gangavstand til Hokksund sentrum. 2 soverom (senger 1,60 og 1,40). Meget stille/sjarmerende nabolag. Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. Hund/katt tillat, og det bor to katter ute, allergikere må være obs på dette.

Hytta vår ved Eikern tilbyr en uforglemmelig opplevelse med spektakulær utsikt og usjenert beliggenhet. Hytta består av et sjarmerende rom med spisebord, kjøkken og soveplass til 2 gjester. Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

Lad batteriene i rolige omgivelser på hytta "Roli". Hytta "Roli" tilbyr et unikt og moderne overnattingssted. I første etasje finner du en åpen stue og kjøkken, samt en koselig daybed med fantastisk utsikt. Mastersoverommet har walk-in closet og dobbeltseng, sammen med et moderne bad med toalett. I andre etasje er det en tv-stue, to soverom med dobbeltsenger og en daybed. Området byr på vakker natur, perfekt for både avslapning og aktiviteter. Opplev komfort og harmoni på hytta.

The cabin has a good standard, and everything you need for a pleasant stay – summer and winter. In addition, the cabin has access to a unique sauna tower. Here you can enjoy the panoramic view after a mountain hike or a ski trip.

Beautiful house by the sea

Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious house is located in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking in the front yard. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.
