Cottage in the middle of Thy National Park with the possibility of good nature experiences and surfing. The house is located on a large natural plot with shelter, fireplace, sandbox and swings. Food can be cooked outdoors on the terrace, which is equipped with a grill and pizza oven. There is an outdoor sauna, outdoor shower with cold and hot water. The house has two rooms with 4 beds, a brand new bathroom, a nice kitchen/living room, and a living room with a large alcove with an additional 2 beds. The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The vacation home was renovated in September 2021, with good sleeping facilities. 3/4 bed in bedroom and 1 single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Exit to your own terrace with fjord views. In the summer months, there is access to outdoor showers. There is a 50-meter child-friendly beach and the possibility of renting a sauna, which is located on the beach grounds. Location at Thy National Park, where there is ample opportunity for nature experiences, as well as outdoor activities on the water, forest and lake.

Experience the sea and the raw nature

Relax in this unique and quiet home. Outside, you will experience the coast and the raw, but at the same time magnificent nature. Connected to the apartment is the holiday center, which offers an indoor pool and sauna. Outside there is a playground, tennis court and mini golf. All this is for free use. The town of Agger offers small cozy eateries, grocery store, fishmonger and restaurant with a venue. Denmark's largest national park is right outside the door, where there is a rich bird life.

It has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 open bedroom upstairs (hems) and 1 bathroom. A heat pump and wood stove keep the house nicely warm. Outside is a 55m2 big terrasse with an amazing outdoor fireplace to spend a good time together. The summerhouse is located at a peaceful spot with 4 min walk to a grocery store and 12 min walk from the beach.

On the large wooden terrace, you can enjoy the view, from either the good deckchairs or the hot tub.

A little oasis by the sea

Vi har været de lykkelige ejere af huset siden 2017 og har renoveret det med kærlighed og knofedt. Idag fungerer huset som vores lille oase og vi elsker at tilbringe tid herude, året rundt. Med havet få skridt fra huset og havnen, restauranter, fiskebutik, supermarked mv. under 1 km væk, kan alt klares til fods, eller med brug af de to cykler der er til rådighed. Lysthuset i haven er det perfekte sted at slappe af med en god middag, og her kan I sidde og lytte til bølgernes brusen.

Vi byder velkommen til Søndermark - 6 km syd for Lemvig. Her kommer i til at bo lige op ad Klosterheden i eget hus tilhørende en landejendom. Huset er en gammel stald, der er renoveret til beboelse. På 1. sal er der 3 soveværelser, fordelt på 2 dobbeltsenge og 1 enkelt seng. I har egen indgang, og deler ikke huset med andre. Udendørs finder i bl.a. bålsted, bord/bænke-sæt og en fin blomstrende have. I Klosterheden finder i gode gå- og mountainbikeruter. Morgenmad kan tilkøbes.
