A short walk from the sea, our 130 m2 house classified as "furnished tourist property 3⭐️", is located in Lauzières (oyster farming village at the gates of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge). Composed of 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, bathroom and bathroom: What if after an intoxicating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

The house is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes walk from the port and the beach. You will find everything you need nearby : bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco, coffee... You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being protected from disturbances.

Small riverside house in the heart of the Poitevin marsh 40 mins from La Rochelle. Ideal for lovers of fishing, cycling, paddleboarding. Absolute calm is 40 minutes from the island of Re or Vendee beaches. In the kitchen, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an oven, hobs, capsule coffee machine etc. In the bedroom a double bed and a mezzanine with a sleeping area for 2, a sofa bed in the living room.
