Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

The house is fully air conditioned and consists on the ground floor of a large living space with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. A laundry room with separate toilet and shower room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds.
