Charming updates have been done in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit that’s 2 blocks from the beach! 1st floor you’ll find living room with 2 recliner couches, dining room for up to 8 people, fully-loaded kitchen, entrance to huge back deck, huge bedroom w/ high ceilings w/ king sized bed & office station. Also on 1st floor is a full bathroom with Washer/Dryer. 2nd floor features 2 bedroom, 1 bath with double vanity & shower and tub combo.

Games, puzzles, and kids books for entertainment. Washer and dryer free in unit. Open concept living, very clean and comfortable. Sit on the front porch to enjoy the bay view and salt air. Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.
