Stay & relax in our cozy cottage with views of the rolling hills of the French countryside. Located in lower Normandy, our self catering cottage is surrounded by sweet little villages with shops, outdoor markets & more. Plenty of brocantes in the area for those who love to thrift. Mont St Michel is just under an hour & the WWII beaches are 1.5 hrs away. Just down the road is a family friendly entertainment park open in summer months only. Plus wonderful orchards to visit for a calvados tasting.

Happy Valley

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Tous commerces accessibles à pieds (boulangerie, restaurants, supérettes,…) . Logement bien équipé. Horaire flexible uniquement sur demande sauf le dimanche. Les arrivées sont possibles entre 17h00 et 22h00. Aucunes arrivées après 22h00. Les demandes de remboursement pour annulations hors conditions ne sont dorénavant plus négociables.

The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
