Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Bed linen, linens and towels are included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased. Within walking distance is Himmerland Football Golf and open garden by appointment. The house is from 1966 and has a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140:200. Outside, there are terraces to the east, south and west with a gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath and a wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: DKK 4 per kWh. The money is settled on departure in DKK or euros in cash.

It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy your packed lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Cold drinks and snacks are available, as well as free coffee/tea

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests.
