Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Located 15min. by car from Montpellier without the inconveniences of the big city. easy and free parking. Public transport in the village to Montpellier (bus 21 in front of the accommodation). Close to Lac du Cres ( swimming), the hinterland and its multiple hikes and tourist sites: Cave des Demoiselle, Clamouse, etc.
