In the background we have a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a glass-ceramic with two fires and smoke extraction hood, microwave oven, toaster of bread, coffee maker, freezer refrigerator and washing machine. In addition, it has all the necessary kitchenware and utensils to be able to organize meals at home. Full bathroom with shower and equipped with hairdryer. The Apartamento is air-conditioned with centralized equipment, being able to modify its comfort temperature through the Airzone grid system.

Ideal for two or three people, all rooms are very spacious and cozy. It's very quiet and fully equipped. I leave a private PARKING SPACE a few minutes from the house, very close to the new area and the spectacular beaches: El Palmar, Caños de Meca, Zahara, etc. (10-15 minutes by car)
