Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

Charge your batteries in this lovely cabin in a secluded location. My husband, who is an architect, designed it. The cabin is a little gem with soul and character. The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colours and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are great opportunities for outdoor life both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bed linen, towels, firewood and laundry are included in the price!

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 hours from the Zoo in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area for fishing, cycling, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. It is located near the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to a fantastic view and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites you to a large terrace, which is furnished with sofa, sun loungers, dining table and private pavilion.
