Independent accommodation in the town center

Welcome to the centre of Nozay (44) We welcome you to fully renovated accommodation located in a separate annex to our home, on the garden side. You will be completely independent in terms of getting around. Outside, parking is free. If you wish, you can also park your vehicle in our private courtyard. The town centre is lively, with shops and restaurants. Please note that we are located on Place de l'Église, and the bells ring from 7 am to 10 pm.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

Stay at the castle, with family or friends

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.

Located in the heart of nature with a view of the countryside. Independent studio adjoining our main residence. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a 160 cm double bed, a sofa bed, a living room, and a separate bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. A quiet, green setting, close to the Gâvre forest and the Nantes-Brest canal.

Farm caravan

We welcome you to our charming little trailer located on the heights of our farm where we raise goats organically to make cheese. Located 200 meters from the farm and our home, you will be quiet, lulled by the stream that flows below the trailer. From the terrace you will have panoramic views of the Oust Valley.
