Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Furnished one-room apartment of 20 m2 with views of Lake Växjö and only 5 minutes walk to the city center and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has a fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Lake Växjö. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim or a restaurant visit.

You live in a newly renovated barn with fields and forest outside the corner and with many attractions nearby. The accommodation is best suited for 2 persons. In the kitchen you can cook light meals. Overnight in this cozy apartment with proximity to beautiful nature. The area is a quiet newly built residential area. Bus stop is 2 minutes by foot from the apartment. Bus to Centrum takes 17 minutes, arena town 12 minutes. Departures every 20 minutes. Free parking at the apartment There is a 120 bed and a 90 bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is 90cm wide and 175cm long. There is no window in the bedroom. The staircase is steep, but walkable. The apartment is in the garage building.
