The studio is 30 m2. Shop 3 minutes away. Nice hiking areas at Mosvatnet. Swimming pool 10 minutes away. Shopping centre 15 min, bus to the city centre takes only 8 min.

Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.
