The studio apartment is well located (opposite a park, near the lake and close to many international organizations) and offers a great view of the park, the lake and the Alps. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for leisure, work or study (fast wireless and work table). The apartment is ideally suited for business travelers, diplomats and civil servants working for the UN but is also well suited for students or travelers wishing to spend a comfortable and carefree stay in Geneva.

Vous trouverez nombreux restaurants et de magasins à proximité et à deux mins de l'exclusif Eaux-Vives et à seulement 2 min à pied du bus.Ce qui est parfait pour prolonger votre séjour ou découvrir Genève. La vue sur le jet d'eau depuis le salon est incroyable! Je suis hôte occasionnellement, donc je ne fournie pas la carte de transport

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Logis de la Moraye, Studio le Pêcheur

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

Épiceries, boulangerie et tabac dans la rue. Proche de la plage et d'airs de jeux pour les enfants. Place gratuite dans le parking souterrain qui se trouve à 50m du logement. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare. J'habite avec ma mère dans le même immeuble.
