Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna for an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not that big but nice! Guest house 35 m2, close to E18. Simple accommodation with two rooms and a kitchen. Two beds in one room and a bunk bed in the other. Small sofa bed in the kitchen. Toilet and shower. Close to residential buildings. Rented per night or weekly. The closest grocery store is in Skattkärr, Karlstad or Kristinehamn. Basic goods are available at the gas station, OKQ8, in Väse. They are open until 11 pm on weekdays and until 10 pm on weekends. They also have a restaurant. Inside Väse, you will find Räven Bistro, pizzeria and restaurant.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
