Villa Östervik is located on the outskirts of Kristinehamn on the road to Karlstad. Large social areas both inside (250 m2) and large terrace (200 m2) The house has three floors Level 1: hall, living room, bedroom, toilet and kitchen Level 2: office/work area, and three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The basement has a laundry room. The large fantastic kitchen is 50 sqm with a large table with room for 8 people. Large south-facing terrace with pool, Jacuzzi with sauna and shower and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue overlooking Lake Vänern.

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Welcome to the villa in Östanbjörke with a beautiful view of the bird lake Björken! The 79 m2 house has been renovated to a luxurious modern standard. There are two bedrooms, suitable for 4 guests. You can admire the view from the dining area or enjoy the sunny veranda. In the area you can go hiking, swimming, fishing and canoeing and afterwards relax in the swimming pool or sauna. The house is fully available to the tenant and if you need anything, we live nearby.

The lake, Västra Silen, is located for swimming and fish lovers about 2.5 km. 10 min walk to Centrum, 15 min to Sweden's most beautiful trotting track, Årjäng trotting track. 120 km to Oslo, 100 km to Karlstad, good bus connections to both destinations. Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. If you want a hotel breakfast, you can just go across the street and buy it at Hotel St. Olof. The nearest bus stop is visible from the house. Walking distance to the Ice Rink, Sports Field and the newly-built Swimming Pool. About an hour to Sälen and Mora. Easy to find as the house is a stone's throw from the roundabout where the E45 meets the E16.
