Swimming area Hästen 1 min walk to walk away. 5 min walking distance to the nice Hönö Klåva harbor area/center with restaurants and shops. Open year round. 6 guests, 3 bedrooms with double beds. Newly built apartment with own floor of about 80 m2 in our villa which is located close to the sea with walking distance to a nice child-friendly beach on Grimsholmen, 8 km lake of Falkenberg with mile wide views of the sea, beach and meadows. It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg city center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Two bedrooms, shower and toilet, new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with tv. Wi-fi, patio with barbecue facilities.

Centrally located with garden

This little Varberg gem is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. Walking distance to the sea, shops, restaurants, the fortress, the beach promenade, the railway station, park area with exercise track, etc. 1 km to the nearest swimming area. Access to a wonderful garden with cozy patios and barbecue. Snidaregatan is a quiet and low-traffic street, and as a guest with us you have the opportunity to reserve a free parking space at the house. Please let us know if you plan to come by car.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located residence. Close to the center with shops and restaurants and to, among other things, Varberg's fortress, the beautiful beach promenade and the nice sea baths. Well equipped kitchen. Patio. During 2022 and 2023, the accommodation has been designated as "Superhost" under Elisabeth's Airbnb profile. From 2023-09-22, husband Roland takes over the hosting of the accommodation.

The apartment is equipped with all necessity and has bright and modern furniture. I Sätila finns det långa fina sandstränder som ligger 5 min promenad från lägenheten / rummet.

If you want to visit the beaches around Varberg or play golf on beautiful golf courses near by. Two kilometers to Träslövsläge a beautiful little fishing village where there is also nice swimming. Close to Apelviken for windsurfing. The bike trail, Kattegattsleden is right next door. Three km to Ullared and Gekås.
