Northern Lights guides usually stop outside the cabin because it is a particularly nice place for the Northern Lights. Experience peace and scenic tranquility in this spacious cabin just minutes from Tromsø city center and airport. Enjoy an exceptional northern lights paradise, mountains, forests, mountain lakes and the sea, all just outside the door.

Unique apartment, right at the lake, in a cul-de-sac. High standard, with tiles in the entrance hall, bathroom and laundry room. Parquet everywhere else, living room/kitchen, bedroom and gym. Amazing views. Large apartment of 145 sqm. Rural, but central. Close to airport, shopping mall and city center. Here you can sit in the living room or on the balcony and enjoy the incredible view, and the northern lights. Perfect northern lights conditions since the house is closest to the sea, with no other houses or lights in the way.

Kvalsund Lodge, Quiet, rural and close to town

Cozy log cabin with large private outdoor area with possibilities for activities in summer and winter. The house is by the lake with forest and mountains right behind. Unique location for experiencing the northern lights in the season from mid-September to the beginning of April. Midnight sun in the summer season from 20. May to July 20. Newly renovated facilities indoors. Rural surroundings with airport and Tromsø only 20 minutes away. Hosts are available for advice and assistance for an optimal stay.

From the kitchen window, catch glimpses of the Lenangsbreen glacier. Ideal launching pad for hikes- and ski-explorations. Mountain and Fjord Cabin

Fjell og Fjord is a place for nature lovers, outdoor sports enthusiasts and anyone seeking peace and quiet. A small place of power. The little cottage with panoramic views of the breathtaking Skarsfjord and the islands of Rebbenesøya and Sandøya invites you to relax and unwind in the evenings after long days in the mountains, fishing, skiing or hiking. From the large windows on two floors, you can watch the northern lights dance while enjoying a cup of tea. Here, the view is your evening cinema.

Log cabin in the wilderness in the Lyngen Alps.

Cabin of about 70 m2, 3 km from the road in the middle of Lyngsalpenes inner fillet, within the boundaries of the nature conservation area. Straight up to the hunter's times, trotting and big. Accommodates 2 couples, possibly 4 people. Not inlaid water or electricity but gas stove and fireplace, gas and/or kerosene for heating. Mobile shower :-). In summer, zodiac rubber boat can be borrowed, otherwise it is about 30 min ski trip into the cabin from free parking space. Pulk can be borrowed.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with Skis or Snow shoes with trips from Sea to Summit, a simple hike in the small forrest behind the cabin or just relax and be present. Lyngen is one of the world's most beautiful and undisturbed Arctic regions. From this exclusive cabin you can enjoy the northern lights in the winter and the midnight sun in the summer. The cabin is by itself, with a spectacular view. You can hear and see the ocean from the terrace. You need to walk up 140 stairs to the cabin, or walk the access road. You can be a bit shocked by the steepness, but it's worth it :) You can not drive up so you have to be a bit sporty to rent this place.

This is a unique place only 20 minutes from airport (22 km). You have everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can be up to 5 persons sleeping there. Easy to hire car and find the place. The host will meet you if you want, so you will be safe and sure! It is 1 double and 1 single bed room downstairs. 1 double upstairs. wc/washm/shower in bath
