The area is an excellent starting point for day trips to Besseggen, Glittertind, Besshø or Rasletind, among others. There are great hiking areas all year round, whether you like prepared ski tracks or the snow mountain in winter and mountain shoes or bike in the summer. There is an eldorado for fishing and hunting in the autumn and many mountain hikes are clear outside the cabin door on mountain skis or randone in the spring.

Here you live simply: no piped water, but solar panels provide electric light. Enjoy the quiet life, silence and fresh mountain air. Bed linen can be rented for NOK 100, towel for NOK 50.

Welcome to my paradise! Here on the snow mountain, I offer sun walls, mountain peaks and ridge. Choose whether you want to cycle or walk along the road, on trails or in the heather, or on the snow in winter. Or just sit and enjoy the panoramic view. The cabin was completed in 2018 and has internet, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large adhesive stove. Completely subjective; the nicest cabin at Syndin ;) Welcome!

Here you can recharge your batteries all for yourself, with friends or family. The cabin is 500m from the E16. It has swimming opportunities, good fishing, and rowing boat available. There is a solar cell and fridge and otherwise good solutions for water and toilet. There is no shower, so the body wash must be taken in Vangsmjøsa. On quiet evenings, the fire pit offers views of Vangsmjøsa and Grindane.

Liaplassen Mountain Chalet - Beitostølen

Peaceful cabin with stunning views of the mountains. Modernly decorated with good amenities. Great hiking in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. Cross country trails about 750 m from the cabin door. Or how about a snowshoe ride? Pets are very welcome. We have a kind, little Border Collie mix dog that occasionally walks around the yard. It may come to greet you when you arrive 🐶

Uppågarden Vang - Old restored log house

This house is located in Valdres, in between Oslo and Bergen. Surrounding area give many oppurtunities both summer and winter. Border of Jotunheimen, about 45 min drive to Bygdin. Also Sognefjord is within 1 h reach. Distanse to Fagernes and Beitostølen is about 45 min. The famous old Kongevegen is within short distance, both the spectacular Kvamskleiva and crossing Filefjell.
