Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The hot tub is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until the end of September, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction stove, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room is a smart tv. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system, and projector. The shower is in the basement. The terrace facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa swimming. Wood stove in the kitchen.Bastu is available.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings. Around 15 min walk to a beautiful lake Toften. Swimming, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, mountainbike ride, ice skating in the winter. Fully equipped house with all year around standards that can accomodate 6 people. It is very quiet and peaceful place. Towels and bedsheets are included !
