Spacious and open common areas distributed on 3 different levels, which makes the experience inside the house very unique. The decor is designer, reflecting the love of plants and treasures. Access is via a 3-story staircase, but it's worth the effort!

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.

It has 1 master bedroom with double barrel, one bedroom with a single bed and a private bathroom and a living room that you can use with a sofa bed. 2 blocks from the Metro and Supermarket. 2 blocks from Plaza Sotomayor and the port. NO stairs TO get there! Very easy access

Parking is only for 1 vehicle inside the property. If you are with another extra vehicle you will have to be parked outside the property on main street or coordinate with host if there is space.
