LA GUÀRDIA is an agricultural and forestry estate of 70 Ha, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. It is a small wooden house, the space is small but it has a double bed with a closet and a table, it continues with a mini kitchen with everything equipped, a bathroom and shower, a garden terrace with a small table and chairs and ocean views. It is close but independent of the host's house.
