This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last one in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

El Guitart - La Cort

La Cort is one of the four apartments that make up El Guitart. It is located on the -1 floor of the farmhouse. It has a large living room and a dining room connected to the fully equipped kitchen. It has a double bedroom with a double bed and a double bedroom with two single beds. It also has a bathroom with a spacious shower. To the south, there is a large private terrace with a pergola and an outdoor dining area. The pool is shared with the other 3 apartments in El Guitart.

We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century.
