In front, the Camino de Santiago passes towards Finisterre. 5 km from Pontemaceira, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, it owes its name to the bridge built over the Tambre river in the 12th century, taking advantage of the pillars of a previous Roman bridge.
