SeaScape Boutique Villa

Welcome to your dream villa, built right beneath a cliffside! This residence features 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views. The outdoor spaces approximately 120 sq.m. feature multi-level seating areas one with pergola,sun loungers with umbrella,an open dining area with barbecue and an outdoor shower

Authentic Cretan cottage with air conditioning

Relax and experience real Cretan village life. The authentic cottage has been renovated in the original style and equipped with every comfort. The house is two hundred years old and over 25 years in family ownership (first foreigner in the village). A beautiful view of the mountains from the (partially) covered roof terrace. Close to Ierapetra and the sea with lovely rustic beaches. On the square 200 meters away from the house, there is delicious local food and it is dirt cheap.

It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
