Toalettfasiliteter: utedo og Cinderella forbrenningstoalett. Hele hytta disponeres av gjestene. Ca. 40 min til nærmeste matbutikk i Svanvik.

Jaquzzi følger med i leien. Jaquzzi er tilgjengelig fra Oktober til Mai , om sommeren er jaquzzi stengt av. ( mai- sept) Parkering rett ved huset. Huset er på ca 30 kvm. Om sommeren er det gårdscamping på området, fra Mai til September.
